Before bulk production, we prepare a pre-production sample using the same materials, trims, and construction methods planned for mass production.

03 High MOQ for New Product Testing

Yes. We can use photos or samples as development references, but we will first assess pattern construction, material availability, lace matching, hardware, and sewing feasibility. We do not simply copy a photo without confirming whether the result can be reproduced consistently in bulk.
Usually yes, but the color and size breakdown must be confirmed before quotation. A larger number of colors, especially custom-dyed lace and elastics, may increase material MOQ and development cost.
Yes. We can develop plus-size patterns and revise support structures based on the style, such as wider elastics, stronger mesh, adjusted cup shapes, reinforced seams, and different strap specifications. Plus-size products should be fitted separately rather than simply scaled up from standard sizes.
