Regarding underwear products, quality issues often appear in the details, such as rolled edges, fabric shrinkage, tight waist fit, discomfort in the crotch area, unstable sizing, and shape distortion after washing. For the issues mentioned above, we have professional solutions.
For example, if rolled edges are found after cutting, the fabric will be sent back for heat setting. Before cutting, we use a fabric relaxing machine to relax the material and let it rest for 1–2 days. This allows the fabric to fully absorb moisture from the air and complete natural shrinkage. Only then do we start cutting, which helps reduce the risk of shrinkage later.
As for elasticity, we use stretch stitching consistently for all sewing lines. This effectively prevents the stitching from restricting the fabric’s elasticity.
Besides, our QC team follows the whole production process: inspecting the fabric before production, checking sewing workmanship during production, and carrying out final finished-product inspection after completion.
For startup brands, we offer stock fabric colors for your selection. You do not need to worry about dyeing fees, which can help save costs. The fabrics we provide are commonly used by our clients.
