fabric options for Customized Bras
Shell Fabric:
Common bra shell fabrics include, but are not limited to, nylon/spandex, cotton/spandex, and polyester/spandex. Different types of fabrics have their own advantages in different degree,such as stretch, hand feel, price, MOQ and suitable market. Buyers can choose suitable fabrics based on product positioning, target cost, and target customer group.
- Nylon Microfiber：Nylon microfiber generally offers better stretch, fit, and hand feel than polyester fabric of the same grade. It is suitable for clients with high requirements for fit and fabric quality. This fabric is available in different weights and color options, making it suitable for private label bra brands that want to develop multiple colors with low MOQs per color.
- Cotton fabric: are available in many types, such as organic cotton, Pima cotton, fully combed cotton, and semi-combed cotton. different yarn count, weight, and weaving technique affect the hand feel, price, and target market positioning.In addition, jacquard cotton fabrics are also available for brands focused on basic, comfortable, and everyday wear collections.
- Polyester Fabric: At the same fabric weight, polyester fabric can cost around 30%–50% less than nylon fabric, making it more price-competitive. Furthermore, digital printing on polyester fabric can support lower MOQs. Normally, we can support orders from 600 pcs for digital-printed polyester fabrics. Therefore, it is especially suitable for trial order, fast fashion order.

How to start your custom bra business?
Send us your bra tech pack, CAD drawing, or original sample. We can usually develop a counter sample within 7–10 days.
When will we get the lab dips and print swatches?
Lab dips and print swatches for bra shell fabrics will be submitted at the same time.
How many days for metarials ready?
After the first fitting is approved, we will provide the full size range. Normally 7-10days.
Do you offer same-day laundry service?
After FSR is approved, we will purchase and dye materials based on the approved lab dips. Normally need 15-30 days.
How to make sure the bulk materails same as what I want?
When the bulk fabric arrives at the factory, we will submit a pre-production sample for your approval. It normally takes around 3–4 days to complete the PPS.
How many days for bra bulk finish production?
After the PP sample is approved, we will start bulk production. This normally takes 30–35 days, including packaging
